Glass Protection

BRILA Wheel Coating does not contain organic matter; therefore, it will not degrade when exposed to harmful UV rays, heat, or acid rain. We are proud of its long-term durability, which cannot be imitated by regular wheel coatings containing organic matter. The inorganic glass protection creates an even surface that protects from dirt adhesion lasting up to three years.

Hydrophilic Layer

The water contact angle of the BRILA Wheel Coating is smaller than 10°; it is a super hydrophilic surface. Water on the coated surface will infiltrate under grime and releases any dirt or brake dust from the surface. Impressively, you no longer need to scrub your wheels to remove brake dust. A simple splash of water is all it takes. This phenomenon can be referred to as the "self-cleaning effect."

High Heat Resistance

Heat generated by the vehicle braking can reach temperatures of 1500°F (800°C). A BRILA-coated wheel can withstand temperatures of up to 1300°C. Ultimately, this creates a surface that brake dust cannot embed onto in severe environments.
